PLAGUE HUNTER: THE BEGINNING
The town of Hamilton was elevated above a muddy lowland river, built and fortified on a shelf of exposed bedrock. The walls were more than twenty feet high, but the gates hung open and abandoned, the watchtowers empty of man or fire. Forbidding X's have been painted in haste on the outer walls, warning survivors away. This town was lost, yet lights could be seen in the upper windows of the keep; some still survived.
